USPS postage expiration date
Maybe have to start using stamps., lets see I have a S&H shipping set at 5 days, that means if this was shipped on Aug 5th if it does not make it by the 12th it is no longer good?, As long as I can remember USPS postage never expires hint "Forever" stamps., Old stamp collectors use old postal stamps without problems....so I doubt this is USPS's doing...and if ebay takes it upon itself to invalidate a label that a customer has paid USPS for it is between the Customer and USPS or FEDEX or UPS etc...AND when one if needed has to cancel a label it states it can only be cancelled if unused. Maybe time to look into pirate ship.

USPS wants you to use labels as close to the Ship Date as possible
The best practice for USPS labels is to use them as close to the Ship Date as you can. Here are some things to keep in mind around Ship Dates:
Setting a future Ship Date: When purchasing a label in Pirate Ship, you can select a Ship Date for up to 7 days in the future
Old labels are subject to discretion: Generally, you can still use a label a few days after the Ship Date - but, it is up to your local postal worker's discretion, so make sure you're super nice to them about it

If you dont print and use (ship) with this label by the 12th, it will not be valid.
It has zero to do with when the package is received.

·1 year agoHow convenient this comes up not long after ebay finally concedes that USPS allows you to VOID a label up to 30 days rather than the 48 hours or whatever ebay gave sellers.
