USPS IS NOT SCANNING the packages until they gets delivered!!

Question

Hi Everyone,New seller here, USPS is not scanning most of my packages, until it gets delivered. Its causing me a lot of problems with my account tracking upload percentage .Do we have any solution or other carrier can provide same rates as USPS?

You can either stand in line at the post office to ensure that your packages receive a USPS "Accepted" scan; or you can use the 24 hour, 7 days a week self-serve kiosk, located in the lobbies of many post offices around the country. They're quite easy to use, and provide that initial "Accepted" scan that is critical for our eBay "Dashboard" scores -- plus there's usually no waiting in line, and it's available every day of the week, 24 hours a day.

They have gotten lax about scanning. I have received many packages that were never scanned delivered.

That is abnormal. A possible cause is your printer, it may be low on ink or toner, and not readable by other than the hand scanner used by the carrier at the destination.

Other than the occasional package that travels all around the country I haven't had many problems with USPS.

I'm one of those sellers who uses USPS exclusively and have always received crackerjack service. So, no suggestions...
