On line sellers are primarily in the shipping business, need to pay 100% to all related shipping matters 100% of the time, take no time off from understanding shipping....just ask Amazon how important shipping factors are?
USPS have raised their rates every fall for quite a few years. The increase used to be in early November but now it has been pushed to October. Expect another increase next year.

·10 months agoI believe UPS has a surcharge until January. FedEx, wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole.
