User name is different than buyers real name problem

Hello For the speaker I purchased, my Ebay username was entered as instead of the buyer's name and surname information. For this reason, I cannot receive the product from customs in my country. I request you to update the recipient name as buyers name

When you made the purchase what name did YOU enter into the name and address fields? A seller really has no reason (or ability) to change whatever you wrote. At first glance it would appear you simply did not enter the right information at the time of purchase. I know this doesn't solve your problem but at least maybe it explains what happened so it doesn't happen again.
