UPS returning package to sender - what to do as a seller

Question

Title pretty much explains it all, I shipped the package out to buyer and used the letter for letter address that was on ebay. The buyer even confirmed that the address on the label is correct, however UPS said "The receiver has moved. We're attempting to obtain a new delivery address for this receiver." and is now returning the package to sender.

What am I supposed to do here? Cancel the order or reship the product out, both options I'll pretty much be in the negatives profit wise due to shipping costs.
