ups or fedex overcharge
I have been constantly overcharged by ups lately and they lie about dimensions, weight, I even bought a commercial scale and I have my tape measure and they are nickeling me down through ebay, and I contacted ebay constantly about my issue nothing is happening. First we need as an ebay community to fight these overcharges if you are facing the same issues, fight directly with ups for each $1 they take from you because it's our money and we work hard to let these people steal our sweat, bread and butter. Second I need each of you to support me because you will be supporting yourself as well if you are a seller, we are asking from Ebay management to fight for us with these thiefs, and we ask ebay management to negotiate a fixed rate for 2 days delivery through ups or fedex especially for gaming computers in order to prevent damage, if the pc is in transit for more than 2 days there's a big chance they will damage it which means more losses to both of us (ebay and us) because the customer gets his full refund and he buys from somewhere else, then the hedache of filing a claim and dealing with the **bleep** of ups or fedex. Ebay what can you do for us about this issue ?

·2 years agoI receive packages from FedEx and get my packages super fast. Do I use it. Nope.
Otherwise, I prefer to take my packages to USPS and mail them by handing it to a real employee.
Sellers who believe they can weigh...do dimensions on their own...are going to have some overcharges...after all you don't actually work as an employee of the USP or any shipper.

·2 years agoI will defend UPS handling and delivery of properly packaged products.
I will not defend FEDEX ground.
UPS not only backcharges based on size and weight. It charges sellers for address errors and buyer generated changes in delivery addresses. Since I do not use UPS on Ebay, I have no idea how much info you get on backcharges.
Backcharges for address are not cheap.

OP2 years agono issue on addresses because I never touch the addresses once I make a sale I print the label so if you don't ship big items you will not have an issue small items are usually cheaper with usps, they are lying about dimensions weight to get more cash from us so both are doing the same tricks
