UPS damage claim not accepted at UPS
Ebay SUCKS!!!! I bought UPS label thru ebay and item was broken. UPS wont accept claim. Ebay plays stupid. So basically I'm f&*&ked! Chat person is an idiot and cant do anything except to tell me to call UPS. DTH!

·3 years agoGood luck with your claim. The bottom line is sellers have to package appropriately to eliminate any chance of damage. It is an obtained skill but should be mastered by fulltime sellers.
I see you sell some breakable items. Think heavy bublewrap (larger bubbles) and double boxing on top of that.
If you are using peanuts, that is part of the problem.

OP3 years agoif you buy a ups label thru ebay, you UPS will not accept your claim. It is still ebays account even though you purchased label thru them. Something they dont tell you about. Do not buy UPS labels thru eBay. You will be sorry.
That is why it is ebays fault for thos who dont know anything.
