Ups and buyer issue
Sent 2pkgs which buyer had to sign for inorder to receive. Updated shipping and tracking thru out the process. Buyer then wants a refund after he can see the weather delayed things and then he rescheduled the order then complains he can't be there. Ups says order is still in transit possible lost one of 2 pkgs. What to do?
