UPS additional charge of $1955.75 for dimensional weight. How to dispute
I just got hit with a UPS additional charge of $1955.75. I have searched on here and I know this has been talked about a lot but it was hard to find a clear way to dispute this. UPS said my dimensions were off by a lot and they were not. I saw people in past threads said I will need to contact ebay and not UPS about this issue. I also read that there is essentially nothing I can do to dispute this. I figured I would at least try since it is a lot money they are hitting me with. Do I call ebay or is there something online that will let me file a dispute?

·5 months agoThat's freight money...explains what you did and what UPS said you did?
And, yes, you file the dispute though ebay by contacting customer service. If you have damage, you can file a claim on UPS.com, but disputing charges, only eBay can do that for you

·5 months agoWhat I have read here is you have to go thru eBay to dispute the UPS charge.
Others may be along with some clarifications/help.
As you know, some items are best shipped with a legit freight carrier, like SAIA, RL Carriers to name a couple that I use.
