Unbelievable USPS Delays to Georgia (US)
I am at a loss here with a Ground Advantage shipment that I sent on 03.23 and is still bouncing around the Southeast with no updated delivery information. Payments being held, USPS website is NO help and the Ebay Customer Service can only say..."3 days after delivery for payment" - which I was told this is the NEW policy going forward in 2025 and will roll out to all sellers...unbelievable...just venting and waiting. Anyone else going thru something similar?

·1 year agoGo to the PO you use and ask for a internal tracking system scan ,it has more details as long as reps updated the system.

OP1 year agoAs I stated to the CS team @ Ebay - seems a bit unfair for Sellers to be held hostage by a 3rd party vendor they push for us to use...I know there are choices, but **bleep**...I need a new ship method as I ramp up in 2025
