·3 years agoIs the item eligible for media mail? You can print a media mail label only in some categories. If you listed your item in the wrong category, you might have to print Ground Advantage instead. Sometimes, the price is virtually the same. Or go to pirateship and print media mail.

OP3 years agoNo, its a DVD. And its in that category. I finally was able to print the other item's label for Media Mail. But not this one.

Are you getting an error message through eBay? Did you try using a different browser to see if that gets you around the issue? You can try again in the morning if there's a temporary issue with eBay labels.

·3 years agoThey do. You have to select "Qualifies for Media Mail" when adding the shipping info.

They probably set it up this way to avoid MM being shown all the time so there's lesser chance of the service being abused by the ignorant.
