Unable to deliver to buyer. The item has been shipped back to you.
I have no idea why this order was undeliverable and is being returned. I have not heard a word from this buyer. I don't know if there was a problem with delivery or the buyer just marked return to sender. I also don't want to pay for return shipping. What should I do just wait for the package to come back. Do I notify Ebay?
This is my third sale so I'm not sure what to do.

a.) you will NOT be charged for the 'return shipping'
b.) package will be considered 'delivered' by ebay so you will have no problem regarding that
It's on the buyer to either provide a correct address or a deliverable address.

OP1 year agoThe Buyer responded. She was upset that the Post Office did not deliver the package and does not understand what happened since the address was correct. She wants me to resend. I told her that I would let her know when I receive it.
