two shipping labels to same location
I had a customer purchase an item last night then purchased another identical item. Now I have two labels, I can ship both identical items together and use just one label. How do I cancel the label I do not need? Thanks, John

·Sep 10, 2026 at 11:08 PMMake sure if you cancel one label you manually update the tracking on the other included item.
Otherwise, you can cancel both labels and use the Ship Manage to create a combined single label for both with the tracking automatically posted to both orders.

·Sep 10, 2026 at 2:13 PM@gardengatedesign Seller Hub will take you to your Shipping Manager Page. Do this: Seller Hub>Orders Tab>Select "Shipping Labels" in the drop-down>Then find the respective Label in the List>Click on "Actions" in the left margin>Cancel Label. Wait for refund approximately 3 Weeks.
