trying to give partial refund
but ebay says I have insufficient funds. How can that be when the payout they sent is in my bank account?

·2 years agoIn eBay if you have no funds "processing" and no "available funds"....there has to be a debit or credit card hooked up usually with a routing number to your banking.

·2 years agoDo you have a CC attached under 'Selling costs'? Tick this link and scroll down... eBay could use that method, if so.

OP2 years agowell, I didn't have to add any card, but the refund finally went through. I'm not sure, but I thought I already given my debit card information a year or two ago. Not sure why the first 4 attempts all failed when the money had been deposited into my account.
