Trying to bulk print labels with new label printer but it's printing 2 labels on the same sheet...? | Shipping

I just bought a Polono 420 thermal label printer to make shipping labels for my eBay sales. It works fine if I purchase one at a time and print. However, when I select 2 or more and try to print it keeps putting 2 labels on the same label sheet and turning it sideways. How can I adjust this so it prints only one label per sheet, but not have to do them one at a time? Thanks in advance if you can help!
