tracking numbers
I sold items to same seller, they are packed in 6 different boxes, my labels have same tracking # for each box. I did not combine them due to the size,. How can I get separate tracking numbers?

·1 month ago · EditedIf you are sending six separate boxes then you need to purchase a different label for each; you cannot print the same label six times. Go back to your Sold page, and on the line for your sold item, select the "Get another label" option from the pulldown menu on the Actions column.
Weigh and measure each package separately as you purchase its label in case the dimensions are different or the weight varies from one package to the next.
P.S. I finally realized what was nagging at me when I wrote the above: You can only buy five labels per sale. Any chance you can combine at least a couple of items in the same box?

OP1 month agoI did finally figure it out. I found the pulldown menu to print different labels. Thanks for everybody’s help.

·1 month agoIf you didn't combine, then select each order individually and create a new label for each.
