Tracking not working and my account is locked

The eBay agent said I shipped 20 packages in two days and more the week before. So they locked my account and I can’t list or sell anything until my packages start to come back saying delivered. So. I look at orders that went out the week before and customers left me a review. Thanking me for fast shipping so they received the package. And happy but something is happening to the tracking and it isn’t being used ,so I go to usps and the website is saying a storm has got it messed up. So that item will never show delivered. What can I do

·1 week agoGo to the Order Details or Shipping Hub and click on track. This often will refresh the information on ebay.
