Tracking not uptading since 1 month
Hello, Im writing here to know if someone was in my same situation, I bought a package from Canada with eBay international shipping (im in Italy), it got shipped on 15th december and it moved straight for 3 days, and I had no problems.
Then on 19th december it stopped uptading and I don't have any news on it since ...
The due date is coming (2 february) and im thinking it got lost.
What should I do in this case? It's my first time buying from there and its and expensive package.

·7 months agoNot being funny but Italy is terrible for deliveries, many items arrive late or vanish completely, I consider Italy along with Greece VERY high risk countries to ship to.

·7 months agoI would wait till a day after the expected deliver by date, then open an item not received dispute.
