Tracking not updating properly
All I'm getting are blank pages whenever I enter a tracking number on USPS website. This has been going on for a few days apparently. I refunded a buyer because they said their item never arrived. It showed in transit on eBay for 4 weeks (International Order)..then just stopped. Anyhow after a bit of investigating and using the mobile version of USPS it showed the item as delivered but won't populate that info onto eBay. So now I'm out my product and money. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

·2 years agoImportant thing to remember, if you are not seeing tracking on ebay, enter the number at USPS or other shipper's site. If it should have been delivered by the USPS and isn't showing up, start a package trace with the USPS. Do all of that before refunding because someone says it didn't arrive.
"I'm sorry it hasn't arrived yet, I have started a package trace with the USPS and will update you within 2 days"
