So I Got My Russian Federation Post Package Shipped On May 10TH 2023, It Went Through To Saint Petersburg Russia and Right Now On August 26TH 2023, I Checked The Tracking For My Russian Post It's Now In Turkey, IST Carrier Processing, Uplifted. I'm don't know what's Carrier Processing, Uplifted For My International Mail Package Means?

When is the estimated delivery date of that order? Since that purchase was made in May it is possible that that time has gone by. You can open an item not received claim up to 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If is has been more than 30 days, you might be able to open a claim through your payment provider.
