·4 months agoOnce tracking proves it's arrived at the freight forwarder or reshipping location, isn't the seller off the hook? But are asking as a seller or as a buyer?

OP4 months agoI am a seller buyer said never received item. E-bay said I have to resolve issue even though they made a new label to forward to the next location Country

1 - You shipped to the EIS Hub in Glendale Heights, IL (some orders go to Commerce, CA)
2 - Tracking shows it was received by EIS at the Hub
Tell your buyer to open an Item Not Received refund request. EIS will handle the request, refund the buyer, you keep the money from the sale.

e-bay should have a new tracking to Australia
