Top edge of UPS labels cut off, is there a fix?
When I print my UPS labels on ebay and PS the top edge with return name, address and package weight are cut off. All others shipping carriers print all information perfect. I have tried the scale, orientation, margins. Has anyone else had this problem with top edge of only UPS labels not printing? I am using a Zebra ZP505 4x6.Â

·2 years agoMake sure your browser is opening PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

Does the label preview look correct with everything within the label outline?
Â
Have you tried enabling fit to page and/or use PDF page size?

OP2 years agoThanks for your reply. Yes using Adobe as label reader. Preview looks perfect full label. Have tried fitting to page and every other option there is. I also sell on Amazon, and UPS labels print fine on that site. Wondering why top edge on ebay and PS are being cut off. Its not a big deal, as the barcode is fully in tact.

·2 years agoWell that should not be happening, especially if the label preview looks perfect.Â

Just above the label preview window is the proper label dimensions shown?

Try this test on your next label, or reprint an existing label, but first set the browser to save PDF files. Now open the PDF file outside the browser with Adobe and print from there.

What OS and browser are you using?

OP2 years agoI tried all of what you recommended, and it looks like it is a browser problem. I am using Chrome browser, but just tried printing the label with internet explorer browser, and it printed perfectly. Thanks so much for your help!

·2 years agoOk, if you are using Chrome, it has a nasty habit of using its built in reader or reverting back to it.

You can try this:
Make sure Chrome is up to date first.
Then reinstall the latest Adobe reader setting it as your default.
Â
If still a problem search online for the latest Chrome/Adobe workaround, as it has changed many times.
