However, since the system did not list this item on my on my purchase history , the system will not allow me to contact the seller or Ebay about it to get my money back , or a replacement (which is what I really want. ) it also try's to make me make a new EBay account, but I already have an account, so it does not let me do that either. I Googled the seller but the address is non existent, so no way to get a hold of them but through Ebay, but cannot do it because I cannot get through the system . USPS never does anything about the shipments they put in the wrong mail boxes. What do I do? Anyone have any suggestions?

·2 months agoSound like the OP purchased as a guest. It also sounds like you are the victim of the fake tracking scam...the package showing delivered but it wasn't addressed to your address, just "a package" delivered to someone in your zip code

OP2 months agoNo it was the correct Tracking number by USPS and my address but USPS is not reliable and did nt leave the package I have made a complaint with them but do not see a way to tell the seller here or Ebay I did ask Ebay to call me an dthye said the did but my phone never rand very frustrating

So you ordered an eBay item, but you didn't order it officially through eBay?
Without an official eBay record of the transaction, it doesn't sound as if there's anything that eBay can do for you.
Why did you go around the regular eBay purchasing procedure?

OP2 months agoI went through eBay like I always do. And you can see that on the receipt that I included.

·2 months ago · EditedThat receipt you posted has been removed. You are not allowed to post that information. I saw it before it was removed, that is why I was able to look it up.
You will have to go through the Help procedures. Just keep going through the process and eventually you will have to ask to speak with Agent. You have the Order Number so someone should be able to look up the order. Even AI should be able to look up the order with that number.
There is no email directly to eBay. If they want to communicate with you by email they will, but when they are finished with your inquiry you will be turned off from sending them emails.

Actually, you stated several times in your original post that you did NOT order it through official eBay channels.

So it sure doesn't sound as if "I went through eBay like I always do."
If eBay doesn't have a record of the transaction, then you're only recourse is to try to get a refund through a credit card chargeback.

OP2 months agoYes, this is the item but when I hit the message button to send a message to the seller, it wants me to make an account. I already have an account so it doesn’t allow me to make another account so it will not allow me to contact the seller
