Third Party Shippers
This has happened to me several times and again today. My buyer put in an Item Not Received Claim. When I went and looked at the tracking, the package was supposedly in transit, but it showed that it had been at the same place for a week. When I searched the address I discovered that it was a shipping company. I tried to contact the buyer to have them contact the shipping company, I never heard from the buyer. Anyway, Ebay sided with the buyer and took the money from me and refunded them. Is there no way for the Sellers to keep this from happening?
