Thank you messages from sellers
Hi, I am both a seller & buyer on ebay. I have been collecting since 1965 as a kid.
When I am selling on ebay, I always add a personal touch and place a handwritten thank you note in with the item that the buyer purchased from me. Just sort of common courtesy and a `thank you' to the buyer.
What I don't get is why other sellers don't either add a typed note of `thank you' or a handwritten note.
It just makes sense to show courtesy & respect to a person who has taken the time to purchase an item from you, when there are tens of millions of items and sellers on ebay to choose from.
And, a final remark from a buyer and seller on ebay (since 1999). When I receive a package I have bought and the seller has not taken a few minutes to add a thank you note, I will NEVER buy from them again.
Show some class & courtesy sellers.

·2 years agoI do the very same thing! I took a thank you card and made a color copy of the front of it and I write a note on the copy page. I think it adds so much for someone to know that I appreciate them for purchasing my item. In that note I remind them to check back as I add new items weekly. It doesn’t take a long time and it doesn’t cost much.
