Suspicious Buyer Address
The Buyer’s registered address on eBay is a convenience store - part of a national franchise. However, when I tried to verify the address on the Company website I discovered the franchise had been closed in 2017. There are several other branches listed in the town.
I cannot get through to the store on the only telephone number listed for it. The Buyer is adamant the address is OK.
If I post to this address and the postage is tracked so that I have confirmed delivery am I protected against any refund request for non-delivery?

·2 years agoIf you are going through this investigation for a $2,000 item, I understand your hesitation. If this is a $20 item, rethink selling online - you are really cutting down your hourly rate.

·2 years agoAs long as tracking shows it was delivered to the zip code on the order, you're covered if buyer files an INR.
I never check buyers address, unless Ebay says there's a problem with it, I print the label and ship it.
