stolen product
hello i may selected the wrong category my name is shakera smith however i have a issue with my delivery its nobody fault except the person who opened my package yesterday took my two cetaphil out and taped the yellow package back and placed it back on my steps I'm asking for another delivery if possible please i was expecting that I'm struggling don't have it right now to reorder this time i will better monitor my package i will truly appreciate it

Neither Ebay or the seller is going to refund or ship another order.

·2 weeks agoIf someone stole your product off your steps then there is nothing ebay, the seller, or your payment source will/can do. Your only option is to provide a more secure place to receive your purchases.

·2 weeks agoHighly unlikely that your seller will see your message. Even more unlikely that he would send a replacement to you. Good news is that Cetaphil is available in so many locations – either go to a store and buy it or order it again.
