Still waiting for tracked PKG to leave Houston

3/12/2025 PKG arrived at facility in N Houston, 5 days later it's still not moving...I'm the buyer, can't imagine how the seller feels, it's been over a month. What's the next step for me to do ??

File a find my missing mail claim on the USPS site, or have the buyer do it. My experience is they can miraculously find packages.

You get 30 days to file for item not received one day after 'Delivery : Estimated date of arrival...'

You might have waited too long at this point.

Actually I did file for refund, after i texted seller but no response from them. So it has been resolved.

I recommend you go to the PO you use and request a internal tracking scan with a photo shot of parcel . Also ask for the USPS District Customer affair's phone not the 1 800 number .

If it's a USPS package, you can file a case on USPS.com. I have had good luck with them getting packages unstuck. If it's another shipper, check their web site for how to report it.

Found your post confusing -- arrived in Houston on March 12, 2025 and still not moving.

Today is the 23rd of April, so considerably longer than "5 days later".

What was the last estimated delivery date?

I guess you missed the part of the OP post that said

"I'm the buyer, can't imagine how the seller feels, it's been over a month."

OK, perhaps I did. That still does not explain that the "5 days later" supposedly was from 03/12 to 04/23.

Your next step will depend on the estimated date of delivery.
If the estimated date of delivery has passed you have no further recourse from eBay. You may need to file a chargeback through PayPal if that's how you paid or the credit card used to make the purchase.
