Stamps.com software down since Monday morning. When can they fix it?
My Stamps.com software has been down since early Monday morning. I called them yesterday and they said they would send an e-mail when it will be fixed. I haven't heard anything since. Does anyone know what is going on with it? I don't think I've ever had an issue with it that lasted this long.

·6 months agoWell, between chat, remote sessions and on the phone, I spent over 2 hours with them yesterday and they finally said they have an issue, none spoke anything about what OS ( I have 10) and the remote looked in MANY places where they would have seen it and it is not the issue. If you try to reconnect Ebay, on the return it's nothing but a white screen on both the software and browsers, Firefox and Chrome.

·8 months agoThe stamps.com website interface is working so you should be able to go that route. I don't use their dedicated software and can't speak to that.
Did you ever upgrade your computer or are you still operating on an out of date OS? That may be a factor here ... compatibility with stamps.com upgrades.

OP8 months agoYes, I'm currently working on the website software however it's not as easy to work with. I did upgrade to their latest software however I had issues importing items so they brought me back to the old software and I have been using that ever since.

·8 months agoThis is more of a you issue than an across the board issue. Unless I'm mistaken about what's happening here, you were aware this problem was coming:

Did you ever upgrade from Windows 10 or are you still using that outdated and incompatible OS?

OP8 months agoI'm still using Windows 10 however I have the extended plan that they offered so it is still updating.
