Speedpak
Who are speedpak’s actual carriers? It keeps telling me my package was supposed to come today but never gave me a usps tracking number. They gave me the zipcode in which it had an arrival scan and i called the usps post office in which i assumed it was in but i dont think they had it all because they told me that all their mailmen had already came back. Also if it says that it was already delivered even though i never received will i be able to get a refund? I saw another post from a while ago say that they weren’t able to get a refund since ebay said that the tracking info says it was delivered

Speedpak is operated by Orange Connex (A China based logistics company). It's hard to predict what service will handle the Last Mile Delivery. It will depend on your location, in major cities they may be using contract delivery services, in other areas they may use UPS or DHL while is some areas (rural/remote) they might use USPS.
