Sold through ebay GSP - when do "Payment on hold" funds get released?
I sold the item on the 20th and shipped it out he same day. It shows it arrived today at the exchange facility, the place they had me ship it to first before it gets shipped internationally to the buyer. It says my funds will be held until April 20th, but im assuming they put that just incase theres delays?
I was trying to find the answer online but i cant seem to find any answer to my question really. When do held peyments typically get released? Im not expecting to get the money today since it only sold 2 days ago, but im just trying to get an estimate on when i could expect the money to be released?
Also, how long do i have to keep having payments be put on hold when i sell? Ive sold multiple items already over the span of 2-3 months and have had no issues, ive been a ebay user for many many years and have bought many many things the past 3 months. Kind of getting annoyed with payment being withheld til the item is delivered.

The earliest your funds will be available is April 20, just like the message said.

OP3 years agoForgot to mention, it was an expensive item. About $3700. Will this make it stay on hold longer? Ive sold a $1200 item before so a high ticket item isnt somethign new to my account, not sure if that matters or not
