So After Contacting Seller, Says Shipped w/ FedEx Tracking Number...BUT?
I understand the "label created...UPS or FedEx awaiting package" thing. This is different. I ordered a guitar from Chinese seller. On eBay site, description says shipped within 3 days from Elk Grove, IL...this is about 20 minutes from my home. So today, on the 4th day, I just sent an inquiry...was given several excuses, but a few minutes later, a FedEx tracking number appeared. YAY! However...after clicking on it, and being sent ot the FedEx site....I did not get the usual "label created, awaiting package". I got a little red triangle, with an exclamation point in the middle and the message:
"No record of this tracking number can be found at this time, please check the number and try again later. For further assistance, please contact customer service"
So does this mean the tracking number I was given is bogus? Just trying to figure this out. I travel for work and want to make sure I have this delivery covered...but seller now seems shady.
Any advice or the like is appreciated.
