shipping wrong address
i sold a item and it was to puerto rico but when i go to buy label and print it say It was not possible to generate the label. This address was not found in this city....ive already tried to contact the buyer but no responce and there are no help issues on help & support...

·2 years agoIf it shows as a fake address that there is no way to ship to, you would have to cancel the order with the reason "problem with buyer's address'. And since he or she has not responded to you this is the only thing you can do. I've had this happened to me myself. Sold a doublenecked Gibson guitar and buyer sent me a fake address. Let ebay know and I canceled the sell and put the buyer on block buyer/bidder list.
What exactly did the message say? Can you post a screen shot of it?
It may not be an address issue but a eBay shipping label issue.
