Shipping to Puerto Rico
I listed a 23 pound oversized box with free shipping via UPS, but I had failed to exclude PR on my listing. Of course that's where it sold to today. Ooops. What are my best options now? UPS ground is not a viable option as it costs about as much as the original item's selling price. Should I ship via USPS for $73 and just eat up the costs? Will I get dinged for using a different service than what was listed?

·5 years agothis is a real moral dilema...........if UPS ships to PR then by rights it should be shipped
I understand not wanting to ship there but you made a mistake in the listing
I think that you know its not the right choice becuse its not really true...the address is fine but far away
as far as UPS ground going to PR I really do not know that much about ground service
keep on selling

·3 years agoNo mathers if you pay the cost of the shipping , the things are all web based stores are banned Puerto Rico. The shipping method or price are irrelevant because all web based stores denied to ship to Puerto Rico even if i pay $300 for de shipping. All of them are discriminating against their own territories. Need to start an investigation, because this is discrimination and their laws say that discrimination is illegal.
