Shipping to China - apple watch ultra 3

Question

So a Chinese customer sent me a private message, since my listing does not state an international shipping.

Listed at 590 usd. Mint condition and open Box. I have read from an AI, that shipping an apple watch ultra 3 can get confiscated by Chinese customs.

Which seller is solely responsible so that I would have to refund the buyer and watch would just be kept by the customs.

Not wanting to risk this, so I wanted to talk to someone or a rep from ebay. But my call me button doesn't seem to work. They haven't called me once since a week ago and 8 tries of call me request.

Any help would be appreciated in regard to shipment China or call me button

No stating that buyers are responsible for customs only means the Custom fees/Taxes.

Ebay's EIS...

An Apple Watch Ultra (or any newer model):

Contains lithium batteries
Has wireless / possibly cellular tech

So it may be blocked from EIS, and if you ship it - May get seized by customs.

I get it, a nice expensive item - that would be great to sell - my advice - stick to selling within the United States

The only way I would ship it to China is to use EIS and let Ebay deal with it once you get it to the US hub.

You do not need to talk to an Ebay representative about this. No representatives are here anyway. Immediately block that buyer. You have an item worth $590. That's a risk in itself cause that's a high dollar item. Sending it to China is a red flag. Find another buyer who is within the US. Do not risk losing this item.
