Shipping to Alaska
Hello. Does anybody know how can I provide shipping to Alaska?
I have somebody interested on my item but the buyer says it doesn't show shipping to Alaska on my listing. I was trying to find out how to do that so I can charge accordantly.

The shipping process is the same for anywhere in the US. However, if the buyer is saying it appears you don't ship to Alaska, you probably have it excluded.
If you use business policies, check this item's shipping policy and make sure Alaska/Hawaii is not excluded.
If you don't use business policies, then check for excluded locations in the listing itself.

·7 months agoTell the buyer that Alaska is apart of the United States and they should be able to purchase the item. If they can't and they are having an issue purchasing all items then the issue is with the buyers account not yours.

·7 months agoAlaska is part of the USA so it should just be the same as shipping to any of the other states.
