shipping rate showing way too high - HELP!!!
I have an item i need to ship out, ground advantage usually ranges from 4-6$ or so. Why is it so high? this has happened to me twice now, last time i just gave in and overpaid but it is costing me money to give this customer their item.
ship from FL to NY. No, this is not a remote area, and even then the cost shouldn't be this high.

·6 months agoSounds like you fixed, but just in case; be SURE that 'irregular' is UNchecked (you'll have to click the 'edit' off to the right to see it)

·6 months agoYeah, a 1x1x1" package would be too small for a label and nearly invisible in transit.

·6 months agoYou need to de-select irregular packaging. It's in your first screenshot, just below the banner that asks if your package size is correct. Click the edit link to the right.
The $4.50 irregular surcharge is being applied on the label page because you had irregular package selected when you set up the listing.

·6 months agoI trust that after you made that first screenshot, you went in and added the correct package weight and dimensions for your shipment before purchasing your label.
