Shipping perfume
I am posting in response to a customer that I have sold to numerous times. This customer likes jewelry and I sold several items and had no reason to question the address. This customer purchased 4 bottles of perfume along with several jewelry items. The customer did not receive the items. They filed a case for each item. Ebay settled all cases in my favor. Last week a package came back to me from the buyer's address with a sticker saying "Return to Sender Unable to Forward". Strange. There were empty packages for the jewelry items but the four jewelry bottles were there. The items were shipped to a Miami address so I took the time to check it out. The address is freight forwarding shipping service. The customer lives in South America. The items came back to me because it was sent Parcel Ground Select. The freight forwarding service could not forward it. I then took the time to look at the buyer's feedback. They buy perfume. If perfume is sent USPS First Class Mail, and it reaches a freight forwarding shipping service, it goes on the airplane. Scary. Yes, I reported it to eBay.
