shipping overcharge

I was charged for two shipping labels and only one was printed and used. I was going to ship something using media mail and discovered that I could not...so I purchased a shipping labeler priority mail. I only printed the one label but was charged for both. How do I correct this. the package has been delivered.

We started having label voiding problems months ago contacting customer support said it would be fix and refunded..never happened..

You can 'void' that 'other' unused label and you will get a 'refund' in about 3 weeks.

Click the order, click 'print label'- across the top it will say 'you already printed blah blah, you can 'go here' to see labels- that is where you can choose to 'void' it.
