Shipping Option Error on Recent Orders
On recent orders of items that were listed for USPS Ground Advantage shipping, somehow the buyer was offered and selected Media Mail. These items do not qualify for Media Mail! When I filter my listings for Ground Advantage shipping poliocy, these items appear as they should. However, when I go to the listing, it shows Media Mail as the shipping option. This is a recent problem. Anyone else experiencing this issue. As always, it's extremely difficult to contact Ebay about the problem.

·1 week agoIt's not perfect so you have to manually adjust it where you only offer the buyer Ground Advantage. You basically allowed the system to automatically do it or the system recognizes your listing in a category which it allows but the item in your category isn't Media Mail eligible. Ebay customer service will not resolve your issue. They will just tell you that you are responsible for your listing and reviewing all terms you offer prior to listing your item. Offering Media Mail when it's not suppose to be eligible for your particular item is part of reviewing your listing. Before I click submit listing on each listing I make sure every detail is correct prior to that listing.

OP1 week agoSorry, this is a technical problem. I jsut created a new listing and marked the shipping for USPS Parcel. I immediately viewed the listing and it shows Media Mail. I've been selling a long time and never had any problems. I think it might be related to the recent Ground Advantage rate changes. Sorry has gone wrong. I've checked everything on my end and all is as it should be. I did see a 2023 post when the exact same thing happened and again it was at the time of Grounf Advantage changes.

·1 week agoIt's not a technical problem. Some items in categories are not eligible for Media Mail. There is a disclosure explaining this. So as I pointed out the system doesn't recognize it. You did exactly as I explained. You manually clicked to ship it parcel/Ground Advantage. Which is how Ebay wants you to handle it. Ebay is fully aware of your complaint and will do nothing but tell you to select the correct shipping method.
