SHIPPING- No International letter rate available, only intl package did I miss something?
My listings seem to now claim I'm sending Intl First Class Package & include tracking and insurance. I see that showing in the template. There is no option I can see for a simple international rate letter. I know I didn't create this template this way so I guess ebay swiched everything over at some point without explicitly notifying me. I saw some previous discussions showing a pulldown that did have Intl Letter as an option but they don't use a pull down anymore in the shipping settings, they use their preferred format that forces me to scroll for what seems like forever.

·5 months agoIt's against USPS policy to ship goods & merchandise as international mail. USPS requires use of international package service for goods & merchandise. Several years back eBay's system was updated to reflect USPS policy.
That said, it sounds like you also have an issue with using business policies when you don't want to. Manage and edit your business policies, or opt out of policies and go back to how you used to set up your listings on this page.
