shipping multiple auction items to one buyer
Hello. Can someone tell me how to ship multiple auction items (free shipping - I pay the shipping) to one buyer? Obviously I know that I can put the items into one envelope and send them. However, where do I notate in ebay that I put say for example, the second and third items in with the first item in one envelope?
Again, I am paying the shipping and know how to change the shipping label to account for the additional weight of all items in the envelope. I just need to know how to let ebay know that the three items are in one package (rather than three separate packages) under the one tracking number? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

·8 months agoUnless combining auctions is different, you should be able to combine them on the bulk label page. Select all the orders, go to get labels and at the top left will be a link to 'combine items by buyer', click it and they should become one order and you can then fix the weight and dims.

·8 months agoHow to show eBay that multiple items shipped in one package...
1. Print one shipping label for the combined weight. You already know this part — just adjust the weight and dimensions to cover all items in the package.
2. Add the same tracking number to each item
eBay allows this.
You just:
Go to Orders → Awaiting Shipment
Open the first item and print the label
After the label is created, go to the other items in the same buyer’s order
Choose “Add tracking†and paste the same tracking number
eBay will accept it because the items are going to the same buyer and address.
3. No need to “note†that they’re in one envelope
eBay doesn’t require any special note or explanation.
The tracking number itself is the proof of shipment
