Shipping Labels Started Printing Sideways & Are Cut Off
Starting several days ago when all of the other shipping issues happened, my 4x6 labels started printing sideways and get cut off - only the bottom half of the label wants to print.
I can print on an 8x11 piece of paper, cut the paper and tape the label, but who wants to do that when you have a thermal printer?!?
I don't see anyone else talking about this issue. Am I the only one??
@EBAY this isn't a USPS issue as the labels print fine from Pirateship. When is this going to be fixed?!!!!

·2 years agoeBay operators are lost in their extensive scripts on this one still wanting to refund, report, ... and God help you if you're using a Mac ... If so, I'm HIS representative ... Simply take a partial screen shot (Command+Shift+4) and configure it to print from there as a photo. USPS said they could read it just fine.
