Yes. The system will not move on from the Print Preview screen. However, it later shows that item has been shipped. When I hit Reprint Label, the same thing happens.
This one is on me . . . The problem, I think, was with the printer connection, not eBay. Also, I find that changing browsers can sometimes address a glitch.

Thanks for that but is there any update on a resolution as to why labels aren’t printing? I think everyone in this thread just want occasional updates.

Is there any update on the refunds? I was charged $80+ for labels that weren't generated on January 29th. I did receive an automated message from eBay on January 30th that they were working on processing refunds. That was six days ago however and I have yet to hear any update or receive any refund.
can confirm the "print" issue is still occurring as of right now 9:30am it's not bringing up the label automatically you have to click on the ebay print button then it brings up a bulk print page and then the automatic label populates over the top of it, effectively presenting 2 labels, so just extra clicks and annoying.

Not sure if eBay is in the process of refunding the duplicate shipping charges or if I need to contact eBay customer service or file a dispute with PayPal for the transaction. If anyone has spoke to eBay about a duplicate charge they received and has an update that would be appreciated.

@jeffscoins make sure you check your charges. Ebay shipping charged me TWICE this morning for a label that never printed / generated. The charges are showing in my Paypal. Still waiting for them to be credited. So frustrating, I agree. I believe this has happened to others - multiple charges for labels that never existed.

This inconsistency, downtime, and restrictions is just another reason why about 20 years ago I switched over to Stamps.com. Besides being able to easily get in touch with a real Stamps.com CS agent who has the authority to either quickly solve a problem or pass it along to someone who can, I am more free to use more options and trust the system.
Stamps.com is much more simple, reliable and with almost no downtime, with the same commercial discount rates, expanded options like USPS First Class at MY choosing, instant automatic post-back to my eBay Seller Hub Paid and Shipped Record, and comprehensive reports available with just a few clicks. All this for only about $20 a month... well worth it in my business model, for peace of mind, and ease at tax time.
I also still have eBay's faulty system to use as a backup, if necessary. In the last 18 years, I've only had to use it for about a dozen labels out of thousands of labels at stamps.com.
There are also other great and more reliable shipping options like Pirateship and Shipstation, etc., for those of us who want better service for the money.
Sellers should always have a backup labeling/shipping system for this and other problems that eBay is too often plagued with.

Hey @spahrsautographs! Thank you for reporting this issue. We are aware and are working on a solution as many sellers have reported that when trying to purchase shipping labels, sellers are receiving an error and did not provide the label for the order but were charged to their PayPal account.
There is an open ticket under ALERT16439 and I will be sure to update as we get new status updates.
For the last week, when you click print a label, opens another tab you have to click print label then another tab opens up and then the pop up for label. Use to be, you click on print label, goes to next page and pop up to print, now I have to click on it and it opens another tab.
I did have one label I printed that refused to populate in the 'to be shipped' section even after I added the tracking, but I had the label in hand so just ignored it and eventually it moved to the paid & shipped section.
Just paid for a shipping label twice - the money was taken out of my account, but no shipping label was sent and the item still shows awaiting shipment. I will wait till they fix this, but I have orders that need to be shipped today!!!
@sonyalpha2011 I had that happen on the first label I tried. It gid generate / print. I just went to that item and added the tracking number. That made it move out of the to be shipped area.
Out of 7 labels, I only had my first one actually generate...
For me it says it can't process the payment. Tried on multiple orders and keep getting the same prompt. I have available funds in my account (eBay and associated bank).
Looks like shipping is just going to have to wait til they figure it out.
Yes. We pay for labels with PayPal, and it stated that that eBay was unable to process the payment.
Voila! PayPal charged us for the label anyway.
Naturally, went to the eBay Shipping Labels page, and there is no record of the label.
Attempted again, and same problem- PayPal was charged, but no label.
This is going to be a MAJOR problem with many sellers having to go through PayPal to request refunds (if eBay cannot post details of completed / not completed label purchases)!!

OP8 months agoI had to use PirateShip to get the packages out today. They only deal with USPS and UPS (not FedEx).
