Mine stopped automatically opening after I purchase a label through ebay. I have to click the print button now after purchase then it opens the pdf. Pretty annoying. I checked my Chrome browser settings and it still has PDF settings set to open in Chrome, so I'm not sure what's going on. I want to get it back to opening automatically so I can just press enter and it prints right away. Been like this for a few days btw.
Are you sure you're looking at the new PDF window it opens? The dialog changed for me about a week ago & when I go to print it, it opens the PDF window, which had been behind the scenes before (and not behind the scenes prior to that LOL) & IIRC, you now have to hit print from within there. I can't swear that's exactly the order but it has changed, I just don't have a sale right now to be 100% positive of the order it all happens in.
Don't know what kind of problems you are having but Microsoft did an update on my computer a couple of days ago and every time they do that, it messes something up. This time it changed the settings on my printer.

On the "save as PDF", there was a drop down menu and when I clicked on that, it brought up a list of printers. I found mine and clicked on it and that fixed it.
