When I try to purchase a shipping label ups or fed ex a message appears that they are not able to process my request try again later. But I have waited and still can't get a label

When I try to purchase a shipping label ups or fed ex a message appears that they are not able to process my request try again later. But I have waited and still can't get a label

·11 months agoI usually take those messages at face value and try again later. I don't see any 'Solds' that need UPS or FedEx, though.
