Shipping label will not let me click on it...

I am having an issue purchasing a shipping label; when I click Buy Shipping Label (in blue), nothing happens. I printed one right before this one without any problem, and I went back to check if I could reprint the first one, which worked without any problem, but the last sale will not let me print that label. Any help? Thanks, Richard.

Make sure whether you where charged for the label and reprint it here:

Can you save it as a PDF and/or QR code?

If PDF, perhaps it'll let you print that.

Or if you use the QR code, you can go to the post office and they'll print the label.
