Shipping label purchased befor order cancelled . . .
Hello, and thanks to all for sharing their experience and opinions on this forum.
If a seller has already payed for a shipping label for a sold item,
is the money the seller spent for the label refundable, if the seller cancels the order, and does not ship the item?

·3 years agoYes, you can get your money back if done within 5 days. Find the item on your sold orders page. Click and elect to print another label (just pretend). At the top of the label page is a warning you already bought a label with an underlined link to your shipping labels page. On this page you'll find a link to void the label. It's next to the item under actions.
