How can a shipping label cost $147.45 for one item, And the ship cost was only $78? I did not even use the label and I got charged $147.45.

What were the package dimensions, and "service" chosen?

·1 year agoHi @indygoiiz . Let's start with that grill listing. You charged a flat rate ship cost, regardless of buyer's location. If you want to charge buyers actual ship cost, you need to use calculated shipping not flat shipping, and you need to enter accurate package weight and dimensions.
Your shifter listing is set up calculated for a 10 lb USPS Priority Mail package, but I have no idea if the rates are accurate. Check your package dimensions.
Your 7 series window regulator listing is set up with a flat rate of $6.33 for USPS Ground Advantage. If you want an accurate cost based on buyer's location then you need to change to calculated and enter correct package weight and dimensions.
Your 3 series window regulator listings is set up calculated for a 3 lb USPS Ground Advantage package, but I have no idea if the rates are accurate. Check your package dimensions.
Package dimensions and weight are both equally important. If you have questions about how to set up your shipping come back and ask.
As for the label you didn't use, cancel it as others suggested above.

To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Cancel from the Actions drop-down. The cancel option is available for 28 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label as the carrier wants to make sure the label isn't used. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (eBay funds, bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

78 = 147.45 = didn't use either?

If you didn't use the shipping label, void it.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.
