Shipping label charge?
Just purchased a shipping label for USPS Ground Advantage $8.91 for 7 oz package. Usually this is about $5. I checked USPS estimate directly and it shows $4.91. Used another platform to get estimate and it also says $4.91. Used same zip codes, weight and package size. Not sure whats up.

·11 months agothis is the "irregular size" option problem.
There is a thread regarding it somewhere....I'll see if I can find it.

·11 months agoIt it possible you made a typo?
Are you purchasing the label on eBay? I would cancel it and try the purchase again and make sure the details are correct. if it still gives the price of $8.91 I would purchase elsewhere.

·11 months agoJust be aware that it will take eBay about three weeks to refund the label cost to you.

·11 months agoYour listing had "irregular package" selected. There's a surcharge for that when you buy the label. Because you didn't de-select the setting on the label page, you paid the surcharge.
You can cancel the label and buy a new one. Learn more about irregular here and here.
To cancel a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Cancel from the Actions drop-down. The cancel option is available for 28 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label as the carrier wants to make sure the label isn't used. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (eBay funds, bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
